Good company, but it's in Kuwait so you have to keep that in mind that their rules are strict and no ask for salery incriment and pramotion.

"The company is under KOC, so salary and increments are handled properly. However, if there is no support from KOC, everything gets affected, and the company may even refuse to pay."

Isco is a very bad company. In my experience, I haven't seen any company like that. If you want to get a salary certificate, you have to pay an amount. Also, I did not receive benefits or overtime pay. The amount I finally received after 1.5 years. The travel ticket amount wasn't paid properly, and everything gets delayed
