I really love this because I learnt so many things .I learnt good communication skills and life skills . Those who are fresher's try to get a job in this but one you need to work in that only for one year it really mean your life turning point. It will build your personality and gives confidence that you can achieve any kind of job . You have a better future after working in ILM.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is this salary and leave policy. And this is a academic process and no job security. There are no on roll jobs.

Nothing. It's just a company where you stress yourself and can't find time to atleast enjoy ur free time. It is one of the horrible companies I've worked with where you face all sorts of non-sense regarding your experience letter each time you try to switch companies (they don't have a specific format of relieving letter, they try changing it every year and they keep denying about the previous letters which they issued). There is a very less scope of career growth in this company. You can experience alot of politics within the company. work environment is like you work in schools and the rules and regulations of the company feels like you are trapped in a jail. It is a complete dissatisfaction job with tons of pressure. They don't even have a washroom system inside the company. Whenever we go for training we need to use the public toilets near them in all sorts of emergency situations. And the bond system there is like OHHHH MYYYY GODDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
