My Directors always make it to comfort.. completely secure job my director always keeps safety first and I learned the art of teaching from her,penalty is the one thing which we all hatedas an employee but because of penalty only we learned the life skills and also if we did our activities perfectly can get lots of incentives, company policies are good.
