They get your 10th std marksheet and train english and send us to schools and teach kids in attractive way. Doesn’t matter whether you are women or man they will assign two schools at same time and we have to travel back and forth in different cities. Too bad they won’t consider your health conditions or safety for women.

The thing I don't like about the company is no job security. No growth can be seen in our designation as well as no financial growth. Sometimes work pressure is more. The most disgusting thing is we don't get leaves at all. Even for a single day leave in the whole year there is an LOP(loss of pay). Most of the times the accommodation provided by them is disgusting. And finally a big headache comes with TA(travel allowance). No proper TA is given.
