My Directors always make it to comfort.. completely secure job my director always keeps safety first and I learned the art of teaching from her,penalty is the one thing which we all hatedas an employee but because of penalty only we learned the life skills and also if we did our activities perfectly can get lots of incentives, company policies are good. Yes i do like to work in ILM .I really feel blessed to work in the ILM , And I am really thankful to have such an amazing directors .And I literally feel it's an opportunity to be a part but due to covid_ 19 some changes have been seen but I feel it's best INSTITUTE compete with IT sectors.The work culture was excellent and I feel to work in the same company for few more years .

It was totally perfect .And I have learnt many things which I do not know . ILM changes a person to move in a right path . It helps to learn fluent english when we are in the training period .
