Neither CEO or.COO (Founders) know about the management or Director and VP as each one is depended on each other's in terms of Operations, Leaves, or retaining of employees or vendors etc. Job security forget that as they can't even call you or msg n mail you about your current (in Pandemic) situation but they will arrange a call via someone to inform you that you are no more our employee as we don't even know how company will survive it, don't have money to pay you so bye bye without EL, or PL encashment neither a notice nor a pay for that notice period to you....Read More
