Far away from city (travel time of single side is more than 1 hr 20 mins depending on where you live in the city), Very bad work culture, Salary doesn't get credited on time, No other benifits, Worst HR Department, Before joining the company even after receiving the offer letter if you ask for the Bus Route to decide where to searchfor Home, HR acts like you are asking for their kidneys and doesn't provide you the exact route just starting points are provided (and they expect you to find the route on your own), Leve policy are the worst, you can't club any type of leave with other leaves, sandwich policy is also applicable, PL has to applied for minimum of 3 days can't take a single leave in PL and CL can't be taken for more than 3 consecutive days, Worst IT Department (Using 10-12 year old PC & Laptops), They provide old PC & Laptops which gets hanged in every 5-10 minutes and expect employees to work efficiently....Read More

Dual behaviour of Hod level management to their bottom level team. I don’t know why such kind of politics need to play by HOD in every department? Nowadays in this worst time and culture of company, they need to focus on building of team at bottom level rather than doing politics and break the team. 1. While joining 2 years bond with highly toxic culture which feels like cheated 2. Most of managers and heads in department are just setting & don’t work 3. Company middle management have very poor mindset , poor production planning which cannot help to achieve targets doesn’t matter one engineer work 24 hours because managers level people are lazy and doesn’t want to leave their chair and having attitude like government employee. I worked earlier in small company but after joining INOXCVA I understand that company’s planning to procurement, job planing and execution is fail because of poor management and it’s old & rigid , failure mindset. Top level of INOXCVA management only one statement we hear is I need it at any cost and don’t want to listen and don’t want to understand the system failure of floor shop which is already ruined by them only . Company’s production is execution by contractor only with poor quality such a poor performance. Company signed 2 years bond to every new employee so that they can exploit them completely then mental torture that’s why I said poor mindset and failures of leadership...Read More
