Top management has poor mindset and not interested to run the company. Highest egotistic and poor HR management. Don’t join this company because it will destroy your life and you will feel failure yourself due to kind of torture your Management do with you . Entire company is facing failure of whole management. All the departments of INOXCVA is disturbed due to poor leadership. Please avoid this company and save your career. Some of unit have good working culture but you will never learn technical anything you have just do work like donkey.... No matter if you are employee or not .... Manegement is third class & irregular responsibility. No any employee satisfaction.
