Nothing to like only sharing my experience one of the worst company in our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. Hiii last 2.5 years i woked at Inox wind, inox WTG technology is very good,and team support and HR support is also good. small break down / spear stock not maintained company at site level that is not good. employee salary is need to stream line .

While working at inox wind I had a lot of fun. I use to roam around cities for work that can be done by virtue media also. But the management is desperate to let you have fun. Work is going on as usual. No one cares if you do or don’t do. It’s up to you. And you don’t have to think about your salary. It will credit to your account at about 3 months intervals.
