As a Terminal, there are so many planning changes in operation. Upper management can't seem to understand general operations giving supervisors unnecessary load. No 8 your shift which was promised, have to work for 12 hours and 3 hours of commute, which gives no work-life balance.

1.Salary deduction upto 500 for unknown reasons most of the months. 2.Not issuing the ESI card. 3.Could not reach the HR through phone or WhatsApp. Because he was sitting in the head office. Only 2 HR working for Pan India. 4.My pf account got disabled because of the company. But I didn't get the proper response from the company side to solve that issue. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount till now.
