I personally didn’t like the branch culture, whatever you do to make company grow at last if you are not good at buttering or flattering your managers you are not at all worth it. It’s better to work in a startup one but not to work here. Might be the H.O. Is at good place or can provide a good environment but here in Gurgaon no work life balancing is there you have to work on sundays too or if you deny, they can terminate you then…. Managers are so good at doing back bitching and are more interested in Gossips than the work....Read More
