From being a fresher to a consultant in the cloud team, my trainers and my managers have trained, guided, and enabled me to do well. The supportive collaboration in my team made my involvement in the projects a good one. IVL gave me the opportunity to work as a front-end developer in advanced development spaces such as WEB IDE and Business Application Studio (BAS). I was also able to explore many new technologies such as Restful ABAP Programming and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM). There are many activities that involve multi-team cooperation such as cultural and sports events. The work environment is adequately equipped to get resources for tasks to be performed efficiently. The compensation and benefits are good but some of the unique perks add to the job satisfaction. At Innoval Digital Solutions I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience working on multiple SAP modules. My specialization was in SAP ABAP but in later stages I got to learn new technologies like SAP FIORI and ODATA. I also got multiple opportunity to interact with clients and this of great learning for a fresher My team has been supported and the senior members are always there for any help and support. As i approach my second work anniversary i still remember my first day at Innoval. I had limited knowledge of handling SAP systems especially FICO. However, I started my journey with an excitement to learn and take up challenging work. I began to understand SAP systems and learn different modules with the help and support from team members & managers. They always encouraged me and made the learning to process easier. Today, I am proud to say tat i am handling three different clients, addressing pain of customers and building new skills.
