leadership at support sucks, they treat you like their pets, no sympathy, work on weekend/holidays. Support leadership have an attitude of being boss, they dont listen to anyone, there arguments are even abusive.

Everything is bad. As a data analyst In sql you need to use select statements only. For etl they have a below standard inhouse tool called DAP using which you will be frustrated and it will add zero value to your skill sets and career For visualisation they have some standard dashboard templates which is used across the projects sono real work on it also Promotions/increment- it totally depends on the managers. Even if you work hard and complete all the work assigned on time a person with less experience and knowledge will be promoted above you and will get higher salary just because they are managers favourite....Read More

you can observe that reviews which has 5 stars are from the higher managements or from hr as they want to balance the feedback. but the. real scenario is quite terrible. Managers are worst, no learning , no upskilling nothing. Only they put terrible pressure on you and destroy your work life balance. they call you on weekend ask you to come to office on every weekends else we will put you on pip or fire you. stay late at night in office till 3 and complete task and many more....Read More
