Working hours are balanced along with the basis facilities. There is good leave structure, and HR management is very understanding. Promotion/progress in your career depends on your work process. From colleagues to upper seniors are supportive here in my experience.

Work life balance is good and different teams are there for different operations.

Connect with other teams to get our work done is tough because syncing time is hard sometimes and because of that our task gets delayed
