The compensation is good. Trainings and learning management systems give you a good start and understanding about the company.

Dislikes

Your work and efforts are based on your manager and support. Targets aren't directly in your hands. Since the targets are overshot and not based on understanding the market , hardly anyone meets their targets unless a special preference and support is givin by the manager. I also got to know that after I resigned my manager read all my chats with my colleagues , which i found to be very UNETHICAL. I resigned because of the work pressure and not any misconduct that my chats needed to be checked, that too by my reporting manager. It affected the jobs of my other colleagues....Read More

Work Details

Too much pressure for targets and sales . I dont think the higher management is ever satisfied with achievements and is always looking for more and more sales and presurise the staff for their unrealistic expectations.
