I am very much frustrated after joining this company, however this is a PSU organization there is no increment of basic pay scale, there is no any physical auditing from headquarters. I have used my pharmacy registration certificate for the pharmacy but I don't get any amount for that where as other pharmacist without put there registration certificate are getting same salary.
