There's nothing to like about this company. Specifically for this role you can reach to any guy over LinkedIn and they would happy to tell you the same about the shit culture.

The company's founder - Deepti's mission and vision is totally flawed. She just wants that you just go on doing 80-90 cold calls plus mails daily to the client. Felt like a BPO firm. Got to know it's a consulting firm now. That's hilarious. During times of COVID, the people were laid off and for other salary was halved or even lowermaking you quit the company. Plus the work. The US/UK timings will make you sick. No proper training was given regarding the role. There's a proper way of how to generate business from a client. Calling and disturbing them is just unnecessary. You need to understand the client needs. Also if you are able to generate the lead the CEO would directly handle the lead herself and would not let you close the business.
