My immediate superior was a misfit person with no value addition in his job. Always deducting the expense claims with no reason. Company treated the Senior Manager as a Medical rep and wanted them to work independently.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
