Management is impratical with unrealistic expectation due to which employee attrition rate is too high through out India. Vacancies don't fill up for years and no body recommends a good candidate due above known fact about company. Management treats RM, BDM, DM as equal as medical representative, no respect for higher post. There isno appreciation for any kind of growth (Product wise or Sales wise). This organization is not good for highly qualified and experience candidate. No growth in designation as per experience. Pathetic work culture. All departments handled by single person no time management no work management. No separate HR department. Administration department Manager do not know how to talk with employees. Management directly involve into day to day activity.
