The HR policies are worst. Nothing happens on timely manner. Appraisal/bonus is processed very late late. Expect 14-15 hours of work daily, including weekends if you are involved in an important project. No over time, no weekend allowance policy. You lose months waiting for the appraisal. Fake promises from HR. The timeline changes again and again. Not a great place to work.
