The Team Leads were incredibly helpful, they taught me everything from basic to advance level. Infrastructure is good and the colleagues were very friendly and approachable.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high but can cope with that if you are doing your job in right way. Working hours tend to increase more than on parer working hours but it entirely depends upon your performance. Work culture is needed to be reformed. More quality recruiter should be hired to increase the efficiency. Please try to differentiate between fake talent and real ones.

ITS provide perfect work environment, with continues motivation and enthusiasm towards professional and personal activities. The leader's over here actually take good care of there junior's. ITS provides best technology in the market for there employees. In fact I have been working here for 2 years and I never even felt like to switch or change. ITS also provide a chance to go abroad.

Dislikes

The money is bit less but there are other things that other company can't promise like Job Security, stress free environment, you don't have to wait for next financial year for appraisal. Just achieve your goals and you will get your award.
