Likes

Worked in 2009, The company's culture is professional and work will add on to our experiences. I have met motivated teammates and work was never repetitive. One plus is shared room with teammates at client places.

Salary - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Individually, we have nothing to do. There is no opportunity to work abroad even though the company is MNC based.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
