Here also i would be honest that recently there is a behavioural change in hr in hindi we call it ghamand. Self ego that she is always right . The learning curve has slowed down and basement of a building i mean really basement ? Management if wants to grow change the management way and hr and atleast do some appraisals.

The team lead is good and helpful. Support is there and lots of learning.

Extreme limited leaves, unlike Sales team. If you share same the same lastname with the Sales Manager then its unlimited ultra pro max paid leaves, even director cannot do anything.Limited appraisal. Sales team says our team if they dont do more than 50% appraisal then they will all resign and join other company, as all of them justwant to complete only 1 year. Management cannot feel this , as the more you help company to grow the company will punish you more with more work and less appraisal. These are not dislikes but I want to improve. Cannot speak in public in townhall because someof your Managers are 3rd Class. Please enable direct connect with you for any employee. Also upgrade 1 problem per month this should boost moral. Please ask Admin to reply in human behaviour,not in arrogant. Make the promotions smooth. Open your ears and see which employee is contributing more rather than as an usual feedback from your managers. Because i heard from other dept also Managers take credits. Early morning Internet sucks and entire organization gets affected and nobody takes action. Asking they say to use other networks by asking permission from Uncle and aunty. Manager is King. The atmosphere is relaxing. No hard targets. no actions if we dont meet target. Incentives per deal and in cash. Amazing atmosphere. Really good company. Unlimited paid leaves. We get to keep laptops in office to avoid work from home after working hours.

Incentives 1% could be higher as compared to industry minimum 5%. Incentives and variables could have been different. 1year long promotions. We need regions. People are working in a single region only.
