Appraisals are not really good. Few of the resources in the team get very good appraisals whereas few of them doesn't get any appraisal at all. This is really strange. No bonus. No transport, no gymnasium and no transport facilities.

If you join as a senior at Infor then its good. But for freshers the promotions are very slow. It will take more than 3 years to become Consultant from Associate Consultant (that also depends on manager) The company mostly work in internal tools (because its product based company), because of this most of your skills will be in the internal tools only.
