Flexible working hours. Good Leads and Managers.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not really good. Few of the resources in the team get very good appraisals whereas few of them doesn't get any appraisal at all. This is really strange. No bonus. No transport, no gymnasium and no transport facilities.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. No Employee benefits, infor don't care if employee complaint on anything. Facilities team is really bad. Basic facilities like: tissue paper, hand wash, drinking water, basic stationary, there are lots of things which infor don't provide
