The job is quite interesting! There is a formal training session given by the other team member, I got a chance to wear multiple hats and thet help me to taste of different roles with in the same company.

Great place to work. Led by senior Big 4 professionals who bring a lot of knowledge, professionalism and strong market connect. Every day is an experience and learning, whether it be technical audit aspects, client handling or team handling. I am extremely happy as it is like a large family where everyone is caring and respectful and takes pains to know you and help you in times of need. Probably the only Firm that instead of deducting a penny during lockdown even gave increment and bonuses to all its employees. They even invest in employee engagement and come up with innovative ideas to engage team members and make them mingle with one another. Employee recognition is also a regular affair.
