No, work life balance is terrible. Project manager is very rude and unprofessional towards his employees. Work culture is not upto the mark. Senior support is negligible even team lead is not supporting. He makes fun of his employees also he doesn't know SAP much. Very less member and client is more. Work pressure is much more thanexpected. 1. work life balance is not good 2. Tremendous work pressure, even they expect you to work on Sunday 3. Salary is not getting credited on time. In time is fixed but out time is not fixed. Their policy changes frequently without any priori intimation. Pending leaves won't be carried forward in next fiscal year. After every appraisal cycle have to sign bond of 1 year and if you resign within this tenure your salary won't be released andpayslip will be revert.
