Mallu Monopoly, company motto includes diversity and its the worst when it comes to diversity, favouratism, the only high ratings would be from malayali, anyone from a different place is never going to like it. All malayalis are wfh and they want people from thousands of km to work in office while the actual policy is completely opposite, the hr,s are managers best friends so the system is broken. Very toxic work culture. No work-life balance. They are micro managing everything. Expects to be available round the clock. Not at all an employee friendly company. They are mentally harassing and destroying mental peace. If you share your difficulties that your are facing here, they will hold a grudge on you.
