Likes

Initially salary was good as per Market standards but later on in past 2 years there has been no hike . Basically as everyone knows company is going through a tough phase .

Dislikes

Mostly everything from culture to work to salary hike to promotion . Worst of all are senior management starting from leads with 0 input and 100 politics.

jeevansathi is worst vertical specially QA team, manager and Leads are worst people
