I like nothing about Shiksha study abroad

Everything is worst in the company, management is worst seniors doesn’t know how to talk to women, work like balance is zero. When I worked in the company it was never even a single day I felt that I am working with good organisation. The work pressure is way too much that you will not be able to perform at all and you feel insulting all the time. Soon after I left Shiksha I joined IDP and I can proudly say how happy I am to work with such a great organisation,, they value their employees, they respect their employee and moreover they give to all space to work and perform because they understand when you give space and freedom people do perform and they understand micro management is not the way of work. I won two managers awards in just one year of time, best performer and complete my target more then 100% This is the difference when you work freely and tension free. I will never ever recommend someone to join Shiksha Study Abroad. If they wanted to fall sick and mentally disturbed they can join Shiksha because they are best in giving you depression....Read More

Anyone else feel like they're constantly fighting to stay awake?

I swear, I'm battling a constant wave of sleepiness at my desk. It's like my brain is on permanent vacation mode. I've tried everything like power naps, listening music, even chugging gallons of coffee. I get enough sleep, eat decent, exercise, and even try to stretch and walk around. But the minute I sit down, my eyelids start doing that slow-motion thing. Is it just me, or is this job seriously taking the life out of me? Maybe I need a new career as a professional napper.
