Every project I worked here has got me better. I have seen myself improving with time. I have developed good teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills. We make use of new techniques and strategies to come up with best content results, and keep it impactful. Every decision we make in team goes through detailed discussions to be sure of results we look to achieve.

It’s difficult to book meeting rooms when in peak hours.

On a very difficult UI designing project, my senior colleagues spent time with me to discuss on creative ideas, and that helped me a lot in my learning curve. It is something that made me become more creative in my designing skills and creative thinking abilities. I think my superiors here have been my true support system for my professional transformation.

poor communication during the process, lack of transparency about the reasons for layoffs, inadequate severance packages, abrupt termination without warning, not considering employee performance, favoring certain departments over others, and failing to provide support for laid-off employees during their transition

Work atmosphere is stress-free and there is always a good vibe in the office. People are professional and make it easy to get work done. Training sessions are also frequently arranged so that we can stay updated. Pay and compensation are fair.

Monotonous work It is work from the office only, no WFH, but as I said the atmosphere is stress-free so it feels comfortable.

Work exposure is good…you get to work with clients and handle things independently from early on. Lots of new learning and networking opportunities as well. The seniors are helpful and do not micromanage. They taught me many things that are helping me grow in my role.

Things change fast, often last minute so you need to adjust accordingly.

Work is very result-focused so it can be challenging but helps you learn, enhance skills. Employees even get autonomy and flexibility to handle tasks which I appreciate. In a short time, I have acquired vast knowledge about the edtech industry

Nothing big…with time, expectations are more so is the work. Once you understand the demands, it is easy to handle

The company promotes an inclusive culture that gives everyone equal responsibility. Seniors encourage you to take ownership and it’s good to work in an open environment where you can work independently and still be a part of the team. This approach has helped me do my best and build confidence in my role.

I got nice exposure to the edtech industry and worked on different projects from scratch. The pace of work is fast so you need to work hard to deliver quality results. That is expected. Management is also good and takes efforts to balance learning, working, and having fun. We celebrate all our achievements and regularly have some events or outings planned.

Growth is possible, but with that comes more responsibilities so be prepared.
