I've been with this company since the start and watched it how our team grew. As a lead, I get to manage different roles. Working with passionate and young minds is like an advantages - they're keen to learn and improve. I aim to guide them and help them find the right path. I just advise them to Do their best, and things will work out.

I truly enjoy my job. I've been learning a lot about managing my assigned responsibilities. My colleagues have been extremely supportive. We not only work well together but also have fun. We celebrate even the smallest achievements with enthusiasm in office, and regularly have engaging in-house activities. I genuinely appreciate the positive atmosphere here and am thankful for the job opportunity.

This place has lots of chances foe everyone, but it's important to grab them yourself, especially if you're new. People here work together openly, and being on a team with creative thinkers is exciting. If you do your best, you'll get noticed for sure. Plus, learning and growing here really push you head. Once you've done that, there's no stopping how far you can go.

Before working here, I had switched through three different jobs, and I can say this company pays its employees really well, considering their experience and knowledge. If you work hard, show you dedication, you can certainly move up in your career here. If you get the chance, I suggest joining because they really value hard work and help you grow in your career.

Growth opportunities are good in the long run. My manager listened to my personal goals and helped me build a clear career path. I even got access to professional training which made me prepare for the job.

Sometimes we have to work on multiple projects simultaneously. However, the team is really supportive so it becomes manageable.

Likes

Work exposure is good…you get to work with clients and handle things independently from early on. Lots of new learning and networking opportunities as well. The seniors are helpful and do not micromanage. They taught me many things that are helping me grow in my role.

Things change fast, often last minute so you need to adjust accordingly.
