I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.

The environment is motivating and the colleagues are co-operative. i had great exposure and many opportunities to manage projects independently early in my career. Consistently excessive workload without corresponding support or compensation. Without structured and consistent efforts to actively engage staff, there's a risk of creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and disconnected from the company's goals and culture.

We work as a team, so no one has to handle all the workload alone. The team leaders are constructive and supportive. They motivate us frequently and offer suggestions to improve our work.
