It’s all show off. Everything is fake. Top management do not have any managerial skills.

It is the worst company when it comes to paying salaries of employees. Most of the times salary gets delayed by 3-4 days. Some of the past employees did not receive FNF amount even after 2-3 months of their last working day.

So the work timings for a freelance math tutor is 4pm to 8pm and between these timings they assign you batches if you agree to take the batch in that time slot then it is allotted otherwise you can ask for batches according to you needs. No fixed salary so in hand monthly salary after 10% TDS deduction varies a lot I earned between 1800 and 13,000. And if you take a leave then 0 payment for that particular day or a class. The pay is also below average it's 250 per class for classes 4th-8th and 350 for 9th and 10th. Plus If you teach classes 4th-8th then you only have 2 classes per batch per week but for grades 9th and 10th it's 350 per class 3 classes per batch in a week. They have week off on Monday and sometimes they ruin it by having unnecessary meetings. When the session ends and students get their result they ask teachers to call each and every student and ask for their results and also request their parents to renew the subscription. This is a problem for me because the job contract never mentioned that a teach5er will be used for marketing roles. When the students do not join the class then the teacher will get half of the payment plus the teacher has to wait for 30 min in the class before ending the class and filling a no show form attaching the SS of WhatsApp group reminders dent to the student. Because of this some desperate teachers even call the student parents to ask them to make the student join the class. This is very denigrating for a teacher TBH. Work atmosphere is stress-free and there is always a good vibe in the office. People are professional and make it easy to get work done. Training sessions are also frequently arranged so that we can stay updated. Pay and compensation are fair.

Monotonous work It is work from the office only, no WFH, but as I said the atmosphere is stress-free so it feels comfortable.

Work exposure is good…you get to work with clients and handle things independently from early on. Lots of new learning and networking opportunities as well. The seniors are helpful and do not micromanage. They taught me many things that are helping me grow in my role.

Work is very result-focused so it can be challenging but helps you learn, enhance skills. Employees even get autonomy and flexibility to handle tasks which I appreciate. In a short time, I have acquired vast knowledge about the edtech industry

Seniors encourage you to take ownership and it’s good to work in an open environment where you can work independently and still be a part of the team. This approach has helped me do my best and build confidence in my role.

I got nice exposure to the edtech industry and worked on different projects from scratch. The pace of work is fast so you need to work hard to deliver quality results. That is expected. Management is also good and takes efforts to balance learning, working, and having fun. We celebrate all our achievements and regularly have some events or outings planned.

Growth is possible, but with that comes more responsibilities so be prepared.
