When I was new to his office, I was getting to know the processes. I was allowed ample time by the company for this. Then I started handling different work. Since I had a good understanding of these processes, it was simpler to manage the work. This company has a cool way of going about everything.

To be honest, I am only focused on work. I have not noticed anything bad about this office in terms of work.

They will keep u underpaid. Unecessary question were asked by your manager before leave approval. Offers a hybrid role but after acceptance force you to come pffice daily. On resignation give you hike and appraisal, once resignation revoked keep delaying in ginving the new role.

Nothing to learn No taino g given to new joiney. Frim 2nd day full workload is given to the new joiny. HR’s plays good politics here.

One of the satisfying things here is the work atmosphere. It pushes you to learn more. The team members are well-behaved and are very polite to new employees. HR is a person who always gives clarity on things. Thanks for maintaining transparency.

Dislikes

Working long shifts does not make me comfortable. On some days, I need to go above and beyond to complete the work urgently.

The environment is fun. The employees are not just working all the time. They get to take breaks too. My immediate manager is a nice person who understands my skills and abilities really well. Some tasks are new to me but they are adding to my abilities.

There are too many employees in the office. I don't know them all. The induction should happen properly so that I can know who I am working with.

I am really impressed with the environment. Everyone is so helpful here. Be ir the managers, senior managers, or HR there is no hesitation when I connect with any of them. They love helping out the employees whenever a situation arises.

When I have to do only one task, I can manage it very well. But when I am given many tasks, I am not able to manage them at all.

In my former office, I was the only research associate. So, there was not much scope for discussing things related to work. Thankfully, there is a complete team here. The other associates are quite knowledgeable. Working with them has been very meaningful so far.

The lunch hours are not long enough to properly freshen up your mind. Most of the time, I quickly to spare a few minutes to talk to my colleagues.

When i came here, I was hardly having any bond with the managers. On a fer occasions, I ran into same problem. Although I didn't Know the managers well, I still shared the problem with them. They came up with solutions that seemed fair

My job is not such that i can take breaks ofter or even many leaves for that matter

Supportive bosses and the projects, if you're lucky

Dislikes

No training, zero ethics, they cheat, lie and dupe their clients and employees alike. Minimal amenities and they will invariably indulge in fraud whenever they can get away with it. They lie about your salaries, they don't pay on time but it is the best kind of training to grow a thicker skin to self humiliation
