There is never ending list of perks at Infiniti. The infrastructure is ultra modern and maintained as well. Neat and tidy desk are given to the employees. We all sit together but there's is privacy even then. We also find it necessary to not overstep our boundaries to make others feel uncomfortable. These perks have made me very satisfied.

Dislikes

In my team, freshers have been added too. While some are really energetic and some need to buckle up.

The working culture in the organization is lacking, with management often deferring to higher authorities rather than providing effective leadership. Most of the workload approximately 90%is handled by associates and analysts, while AVPs and VPs are more present in the office without contributing proportionally to the workload. Teammates and performance oriented culture at Infiniti Research There is no discrimination against the performer and no politics in Infiniti Research

Dislikes

Almost everything is bad, worst thing to point out is the work life balance (work load) and attitude that every project is feasible Also like any other baniya company the focus is only on revenue
