Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AIML model development and deployment processes, including data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and Business Unit (BU) stakeholders. Provide regular management updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required, tailoring the approach to the specific needs of each project.

- Develop compelling project proposals, presentations, and detailed technical architectures.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, breaking down silos and promoting effective communication.

- Ensure high-quality project delivery with minimal to no escalations.

- Manage multiple Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and ideation phases, demonstrating the feasibility and value of new technologies and solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on AIML projects.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
