I have learnt lot more technical things as there is no team work and i had to struggle individividually. that gave me confidance to to face the challaging works but its very sad thing there is no team work even if you stuck any where . there is no support from leads

Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
