Toxic Culture, system errors for employees and customers both for access ,no resolution of customers problem, definitely customer will not satisfied with services...our relationship with customer also hamper very badly , very badly politics by upper senior reporting.

After joining they will make your life hell, there are so many policies related to employee they made but no seniors follows. They will make you feel resigning and going home. There is no job security in Synergy department (Vehicle Loan) in IndusInd Bank, branch people are not supportive in providing leads, management led by RSM Mr Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr Smarajit Bhar is extremely toxic as they will continuously pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation if anyone does not achieve the sales target every month and the sales target provided by the management is beyond expectations, the practices followed inside is extremely faulty. No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No propersupport . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Biggest dislike is vc from 9 to 12 then midday vc 2-4 for hour then 5-7 in evening. People don't work here but always discuss to do work. Even the management knows everything but still going like this. Service is terrible.ex a pvt ltd ca holder has applied 12 times for debit card in last 2 years but bank is unable to issue him debit card due to banks technical issue.

This Bank has the worst culture. I have ever seen in my 10 years of career. As you all may know, banking employees have second and fourth Saturday of But this particular bank, they have old four Saturdays and Sundays working Not this they also disturb you on rest of the Saturdays and fun days and ask you to work Seniors have no sense of talking The way of talking is crap, they use abusive language Bring in your family and talk shit about them as well Taking even a single holiday is a huge task, which you will be abused for And if you do not join the Bank on Saturday and Sunday, they send you disciplinary mail So thank yourself, if you want to join such a bank They have a morning call and an evening call The evening you will start around 8 o'clock and go by 9 o'clock in evening So you're working from nine in the morning to 9 till evening You are just working like a labour, I would say a labour class person is having better work life balance than the IndusInd Bank employees...Read More
