The Compony has developed new plant of alumimium casting foundy a year ago. So there is scope to work and take an experinece if you want to work in alunmiun casting line. I love to work with my team because people are really good and understanding. Talking about job security and Salary, both are fine but the salary they offered is sufficient to any fresher candidate. The basic thing I dislike about indosculp is, salary credited into my account on 17th of next month. This is most bad thing about indosculp.

The company is open to innovation. There is high quality products. As a result I get to travel to customer end. My colleagues come from various backgrounds and we work happilyin collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attaind customer calls in the evening and sometimes in night also. Managers do not value an individual strengths. There is no onjob training to fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them which is pain sometimes.
