Dislikes

Present work environment at Haldia site is not good. Since last 1.5 years and Presently, Performance word are replaced by Relationship word. people see that few person with closed personal relationship with present site head are getting excellent rating even when their 60% goals are not achieved and so they donot spent enough timeand effort for plant operation and improvement rather they watch and put effort to make happy site head. Statement of Site Head are very much demoralising down the line ( Few statement example - 1. I am a retired person and if the haldia site get closed down , i have nothing to loose. 2. Amit Lohia has given me authority to remove anyone at my choice to run the site)...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
