This company is not focusing on the future growth or employee satisfaction. Decisions rely upon some individuals with out any technical knowledge. No recognition for the hard working employees instead they will be criticized. Senior and junior employees left from the company due to this attitude.

please don't waste your time and career here. Worked and wasted my 2+ years here and regret for believing the fake promises by the management. When i joined here there were more than 50 employees but now it's less than 15 and I hope the rest of them will also leave from here when they get a chance to leave. More than 50 employees left from here within 2 years of time.Above all you can imagine how good the company is and how employees like this company. Worst management and company policies. No appreciation for employee's hardwork and effort. You will be validated with how many hours you spend inside the office,not the work you did or your hardwork and skills. Don't fall for japan onsite opportunity and high salary in japan. Both are just offers and will be changed anytime with the favour of management.The company cheated many employees with the name of japanese onsite opportunity. Many people left from here without fulfilling their dreams, wasted their time here and worked with low salary. Company will not give hikes when you reach there and you have to sign 3 years of bond there. Company will not give the agreed salary for 3-6 months or more and tell you you are under training but you are actually doing the real work. salary policies and rules change from time to time according to the favour of the management without any prior notice. If you question the rules or any activities from the management, you will eventually pull out from the company. To management: 1. Stop giving fake promises.if you cant do it,dont give your words. 2.Treat employees as employees, they are not your toys. Dont play with their life. 3. Improve your way of treating employees. 4. Its not an employees friendly organization. All the rules are changed based on the management necessity. Some of the examples are leave policies, notice period, salary calculation at the time of lockdown etc. No job security. No career growth.

Committed and skilled team members. But unfortunately management doesn't value them personally and professionally .

No any recognition for sincere and hard working employees. Fake show off will be valued and get appreciation and being original will hardly get recognized by the management. Some top management persons concentrating more on finding out the small mistakes from others and cover up their own big mistakes and lack of knowledge. No any trust towards the employees. Unprofessional method of creating and manipulating company policies from the management. Due to this company lost their credibility and trust. During WFH period more than 50% employees left from here only due to the rude behavior of some management persons towards the employees. There is a big difference between being frugal and being cheap. This company is an example for the cheap behavior of the top level management towards the employees. Management is very quick to blame the employees and point fingers, never having the humility to admit their short comings.
