Good colleagues but everybody left here.

please don't waste your time and career here. Worked and wasted my 2+ years here and regret for believing the fake promises by the management. When i joined here there were more than 50 employees but now it's less than 15 and I hope the rest of them will also leave from here when they get a chance to leave. More than 50 employees left from here within 2 years of time.Above all you can imagine how good the company is and how employees like this company. Worst management and company policies. No appreciation for employee's hardwork and effort. You will be validated with how many hours you spend inside the office,not the work you did or your hardwork and skills. Don't fall for japan onsite opportunity and high salary in japan. Both are just offers and will be changed anytime with the favour of management.The company cheated many employees with the name of japanese onsite opportunity. Many people left from here without fulfilling their dreams, wasted their time here and worked with low salary. Company will not give hikes when you reach there and you have to sign 3 years of bond there. Company will not give the agreed salary for 3-6 months or more and tell you you are under training but you are actually doing the real work. salary policies and rules change from time to time according to the favour of the management without any prior notice. If you question the rules or any activities from the management, you will eventually pull out from the company. To management: 1. Stop giving fake promises.if you cant do it,dont give your words. 2.Treat employees as employees, they are not your toys. Dont play with their life. 3. Improve your way of treating employees. 4. I have been working for Indocosmo for over 1 year. At the time of joining, management was excellent and employment friendly. The working atmosphere was good and friendly.

Dislikes

Dirty politics is going on after the change of management. The employee's decisions has no value, management focus only on their business part. One major issue is HR, the CEO will only hear the HR decision, even though, HR doesn't have any technical background, she will be involved in our project and will take blunder decision, therefore, employee is compelled to work behalf that, if the employee argues in that particular scenario, he/she will be expelled from the company. This company is open to innovation and gave an opportunity to learn Japanese language and could relocate to Japan for better life style and income. But on-site travel to Japan is completely dependent on your experience and how much capable of handling the Japanese language.

Dislikes

The only con is the remote location, to which accessibility is difficult for the first time.

The working environment is not so good. The direct involvement of the management in the development process make things worse (Without any technical knowledge). Salary reduction in lockdown vary month to month, no policies followed for salary deduction. Salary policies and rules changes time to time according to the favor of the management. Most exciting Job I have taken up, Always there is challenge in learning new Technologies. Indocosmo has good presence in Japan and I am eagerly looking in to this opportunity. Now a days due to the Covid all are working from home. But we are enjoying the working style and communication with project groups

Dislikes

Nothing comes to mind but i wish 5 day week instead of 6 days and alternate Saturday working.

I joined indocosmo for onsite opportunity 4 years ago. I resigned from there when i completely lost my hope and trust on the management. I rejected many jobs in the name of the Japanese opportunity. There are many people who resigned here without fulfilling the dreams and worked here with low salary. Don't believe any verbal offers given by the management. Every time they will say they will send you in japan within 3 months but keep repeating this. 7 people who joined with me also resigned after years of waiting and spoiled their career. Also after joining, they implementation new rules and regulations which are completely not beneficial for the employees. There is no learning opportunity and you will be working with legacy technologies. please ask to multiple ex employees experience before joining there....Read More
