It's a great company for fresher. Staff is very cooperative various opportunities is provided to learn and to sharp your skills. Great culture in office.

Growth rate is very low. Appraisal is big issue and no other benefits like medical leaves, Earned leaves

My manager was good. He was the one who helped me to develop my skills to a greater level.

Dislikes

Their policies were not good for employees. Salary was never on time. They were like when we get payment from client then only we will pay you..... In the end, I didnt even get salary for my last 15 days. They simply said to talk to client directly.....

I used to act as system Administrator and voip engineer for Indivar client. Used to manage inhouse dialer and networking Worked on minor issues for developers as well
