In inditex there they do briefing where we get the knowledge about the product ,fashion knowledge,trend knowledge.every year we get 2times annual leave and bonus every year

There is lots of politics where i dislike this company management like i have been working with inditex since 2019july we do everyday 1or 2hr overtime but we didnot get the overtime money but i havn't got any increment but they are hiring girls only from outside for the next position but they are not considering any internal team for the next level and they have mention their policies like in inditex their is no partiality...Read More

The company has no procedure to nurture and develop people. Team/department heads have too much authority and they can destroy career prospects of the employees at will. Only way is to say Yes to everything and keep your manager happy by licking their feet.

Company has no connect with employees. Department heads are treated as gods who can destroy career prospect of employees at will who are not licking their feet.

Always ready for support for anything. Just a little example covid time we are getting salary at sitting at home.... So many thing are there for example 1) fair treatment 2) open communication 3) internal promotion 4) fast decision 5) high demanding for carrier

Extreamly pathetic work culture. No yearly increments. They treat people like labours. While working for 2 yrs i have only seen people getting fired every week. They dont do any promotions. Lot of favouritism. If a person is hired in 22k for next 10yrs also he have to work on same salary. People who are not educated (like from biharetc) work here for longer time bcoz they dont get selected anywhere else due to their poor communication skills. Even managers doesnt even know to speak in briefing . They cant even speak the basic english. Only people who can work like labours can survive here who are actually needy. I would never recommend this organisation even to my enemies. Even if i go jobless someday and only option i get is to work with Inditex (zara) then i would love to strive and die of hunger rather than working here....Read More
