Product Developer - Footwear

Role & responsibilities

1) Evaluate and understand the spec. sheet and tech pack send by the Brands and communicate to the factories selected for the development.
2) Work under Production and Development Responsible to meet the development timelines and needs from clients
3) Visit the factories to make the necessary developments
4) Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc.
5) Understand the materials and components that design team require and propose India alternatives.
6) Have a clear control and mapping of all the development in the office to meet the calendars proposed by the brand and by the production responsibles.
7) Work on new ideas, trends, materials and constructions to present to design teams.

REQUIREMENT:

1) Bachelors degree in Footwear design and development or relevant experience

2) Quick Learner

3) Expertise in Buying house footwear domain

4) Good Communication skills

5) Organized and Proactive
