Job Description
1 Duties Responsibilities:
Actively involved withthe Buyers for day to day correspondence and updating them with the detailedstatus of their orders and sampling.
To ensure all samplingand production happens in a timely and perfect manner, Samples should bechecked as per buyer requirement before dispatch.
Checking all the details in the order sheet oncereceived form buyer. Communicate withbuyer reg. any discrepancy in the order sheet.
Shouldresolve all the concerns or queries related to new development.
Updating TNA and Costing.
Fabric and trim ordering for production.
To ensure materials arebooked as per the order requirement.
Issuesproduction file to factory on time.
Attendspre-production meetings gives clarity/ approvals on fabric, trims accessories.
Work with factories onproduction planning to ensure on-time delivery.
Providesrequired documents to EXIM department.
Supervising and trainingjunior staff.
