The only thing here in IndiHire is whatever you are doing with your full zeal you will be satisfied within yourself, else there is nothing which can boost you. Some people are good though 90% staff is just behind achieving there targets by favourism done by manager even the MD is just behind money. This is all about Technical recruiting team,escalation by client and attrition rate in IndiHire is high. IndiHire needs to learn that Manager is there because team members are there else a B.A guy with little knowledge can't be a Technical Head. Technical team Manager not good at all. Do favourism. Incentive plan not good. No security to female. If any female employee who is new would raise her voice against her manager's ill behaviour,she is asked to leave .This has happened with one employee of my team and she was the star performer who achieved her 140% of target and all she did was that she against the manager, but all thanks to MD, he intially convinced her that teams will be changed but afterwards asked her to resign or to continue with same manager and that too after 1month of her resignation(that was not accepted by management as they dnt want to loose her and at the end they choose to leave her not manager) So, as I said if you are a person with dignity, ethics and self respect then never think of IndiHire. I was a newbie in field of recruiting and my training period was of 5days in which I was aksed to google all the technical skills so I learned on my own. The only thing Which helped me to fetch a quiet good hike in other company was my own learning.

Manager is very rude and don't even try to understand your point of view, you will not get valued at all. They make fake promises about appraisal and designation. Even there is not proper clients.
