Earlier when I joined IndiGo in 2009, company was in it's initial stage. Work atmosphere was very very good . Management was very supportive, understanding and appreciating. Your work and dedication was appreciated and growth was totally performance based. Everyone would get a chance to prove themselves. No corporate politics at all. Job satisfaction and the dedication to take the company to next level was there in every employee. But later on when IndiGo started to dominate the market every good thing about IndiGo became the paradox of it. The people who worked for IndiGo as if they worshipped IndiGo started leaving IndiGo due to dirty corporate politics and the saddest part was that management was least borthered about it. Today there is not even a single person left in IndiGo who gave his everything to make IndiGo as a brand IndiGo including respected Mr Aditya Ghosh. Still IndiGo is ruling the market but I don't know by how long it will sustain itself by making their employees lives miserable. But still I would expect IndiGo to grow along with it's employees as I have also spend my 7 beautiful years with IndiGo. Today I also feel like part of IndiGo's family...Read More
