Good work environment and culture. Teammates are suppotive and the management is transparent. There is a huge huge cafeteria and gamming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn' to address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite insteresting! Istruggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
