Over time- they never pay. Call before on shift. Daily briefing. Idotic managers dont take any responsibility, possibly 12th pass, totally crabby environment. No salary pay slip filled with bonus only. HR highly educated they don't listen to staff

The salary structure offer to employee with experience background is different then of mine , especially even after having more experience than that of theirs. The training process for visa is completely no acceptable which creates a bad influence on local as well as international authorities. Compensation needs improvement because the amount of effort we put in , we don't get the result back and also rotational shifts destroy work life balance . Even though we work only for 8.5 to 10 hours the physical and mental pressure is too high. Here, the managers create their own SOPs and never consider any unique strength about an individual.
